Red was the color that dominated the red carpet at Grammys this year. Star singer Adele departed from her trademark black dresses and opted for the latest Valentino floral embroidered red dress. She paired it well with minimal accessories and sensible makeup. The lady literally graced the occasion. She was followed by Rihanna who ditched her sheer gowns for a matured looking Azzedine Alaïa number.

Slit Gowns

Gowns with slits continued to make its presence on the red carpet with many takers such as Jennifer Lopez taking the trophy for the widest slit. The best ones however came from Taylor Swift who wore a J. Mendel white gown and Solange Knowles who looked resplendent in an emerald, Ralph & Russo Couture.
