Timberland and Wyclef Jean have teamed up to put together a new program that will produce eco-friendly shoes and a better life for people in Haiti.
Through Yele Haiti, Wyclef’s foundation, $2 from each pair of these environmentally-friendly boots will go to help Haitians. They’re made from organic cotton canvas, 100% recycled PET and Green Rubber.
2. Payless Source Shoes
With an eye to sustainable, affordable shoes, Payless Footwear has launched a new line called zoe&zac – a collaboration by designers Patricia Field and Christian Siriano, with assistance from Summer Rayne Oakes.
The line of ballet flats, casual sandals, wedges, flip flops, and more are made with organic cotton, hemp, jute, PVC-free foam beds, recycled rubber, and water-soluble glues.
With lots of fun styles to choose from, each under $30 US, there’s little reason not to go green with your shoes!

Handmade in Italy Kailia Footwear combines luxury and sustainability. Using sustainable materials that are also cruelty-free, these eco-friendly shoes are super stylish and beautiful.
They make use of eco-materials such as water-based glues, PVC-free polyurethane soles, vegetable dyed linings, organic cotton and linen, pre-consumer recycled footboards, and more. And 100% of after-cost profits from online sales go to several nonprofit organizations.
4. Opei Mesh Shoes
